Question: What is the difference of General Business Marketing and Website Marketing?
Answer: Marketing a website for a business is much different then marketing a business with a website. Question: I get so much junk mail and some of it is spam, how do I report this spam?
Answer: There are many tactics is spamming email accounts. Many times the spam will come from a false email account and replying to the account may just bounce back to you and never get sent. There are other options if this is a regularly occurring event. One is to use the domain name such as using msn.com from foobar@msn.com then change the address to abuse@msn.com another example would be abuse@first-class-webs.com. This email address is a usual default for most web sites to handle abuse problems. You may also contact the following domains with the proper information they will take action for you. You must follow their instruction in correct order to be heard. www.mail-abuse.org www.abuse.net Most top level domains TLD's will have an available link to contact their abuse center similarly to our site layout on the contact page.


Question: My hotmail layout has changes and I cannot find the compose button.
Answer: Yes hotmail has recently changed the web page layout. If you want to write a letter while logged in on hotmail, click on the mail tab. In the mail section there will be a “New” button at the top left side of the hotmail screen. That will take you to the compose area of the hotmail account you are logged in under. FCW has 10 different mail exchanges available and you can see our list by clicking mail here. Say No to Spam Delete do not forward or reply to any mail from unknown senders or chain mail from friends.


Question: How do I enable my "Cookies" for my internet browser?
Answer: AOL 8.0

From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
Select Preferences
Select Internet Properties (WWW)
Select the Privacy tab
Select Advanced
Deselect override automatic cookie handling button
Click OK to exit.

AOL 7.0 with IE 6.x

From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
Select Preferences
Select Internet Properties (WWW)
Select the Privacy tab
Select Advanced
Deselect override automatic cookie handling button
Click OK to exit.

AOL 7.0 with IE 5.5

From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
Select Preferences
Select Internet Properties (WWW)
Select the Security tab
Select the Custom Level tab
Under "Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer" click "Enable"
Under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" click "Enable"
Select OK, Yes you want to save the settings

AOL 6.0

From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings

Browser does not give you the ability to turn off cookies

Windows IE 6.x Browser

Select Tools
Select Internet Options
Select the Privacy tab.
Select Advanced

Click on the OK button at the bottom of the screen.
Click OK to exit

Windows IE 5.x Browser

Click Tools on the menu bar
Pick Internet Options
Click the Security tab
Select the Custom Level tab
Under "Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer" click "Enable"
Under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" click "Enable"
Select OK, Yes you want to save the settings

Windows IE 4.x Browser

Click View on the menu bar
Pick Internet Options
Click the Advanced tab
Go down to the Cookies section
Click "Always Accept Cookies"
Click OK

Windows IE 3.x Browser

Click View on the menu bar
Pick Options
Click the Advanced tab
Go down to the Cookies section
Click "Warn Before Accept Cookies"
Click OK

Netscape 7.x

Click Edit on the Toolbar.
Click Preferences
Click the Privacy and Security category; expand the list to show the subcategories.
Click Cookies
Three options are displayed. Click the appropriate choice:

Enable cookies for the originating web site only
Enable all cookies
If you want to be notified when a web site tries to set a cookie, select "Warn me before accepting a cookie."

Netscape 6.x

Click Edit on the Toolbar.
Click Preferences
Click the Privacy and Security category; expand the list to show the subcategories.
Click Cookies
Three options are displayed. Click the appropriate choice:
Disable cookies

Enable all cookies

Netscape 4.x

Netscape 3.x Clients

Click Options on the menu bar
Pick Network Preferences
Click the Languages tab
Click the checkbox next to "Enable Java"
Click OK

Mac IE 5.x

Click Edit
Select Preferences
Under the Receiving Files option, select Cookies
Under "When receiving cookies:" select the desired level of cookie acceptance
Under "When receiving cookies:" select the desired level of cookie acceptance
Click OK to finish

Mac IE 4.x

Click My AOL on the menu bar
Pick WWW
Click the Advanced Settings option on the Category menu
Click "Cookies"
When receiving cookies: Click "Never Ask"
Click OK

For further instructions on how to change the cookies settings, please use your browser's HELP documentation to make the appropriate changes. Usually found in the tools menu listed in the toolbar.

1. The designer did not change the default setting that may have been applied to each web page. Such as the Title name may be "New Page 1" or "Home"
2. The page may have errors that will not allow or gets rejected from the internet search engines.
3. Broken or bad links
4. Illeagal code or breaking of the rules and regultions of seach engine an example such as repeated use of words.

A content manager is a designated file or folder in your web site that allows the web site owner abilities to add,delete, or update information in a password protected area of the domain. This can include any portion of a web site, text, forms, data, the relationships are infinite. This is encrypted information using special code variations for max. security during editing procedures.

A couple questions to ask yourself before buying an application.

1. Third Party Designers may have a solution but is it transferable?
2. Does it or will it interface with other future needs or applications?

A fallback to many new programs on the market is the proprietary information keeping the customer from transferring the collected data to seek better applications to improve the needs of your company.
